Cubs Night Game Passes Now Available at Alderman's Office

Those living in the LV-2 zone east of Ravenswood can pick up their parking passes if they haven't received one in the mail yet.

Residents around Wrigley Field will once again have to put a sticker on their window to park near their homes. The Cubs open the season April 9 and with that comes parking limitations.

The LV-2 zone restricts parking to residents during home night games. Between 5 and 10 p.m., the area becomes a tow zone unless vehicles display a valid LV-2 Night Game Permit.

Those permits are now available in Ward 47 Ald. Ameya Pawar’s office. The alderman mailed out passes to registered car owners the last week of March, but those didn’t who receive one can stop the ward office at 4243 N. Lincoln Ave.

To be eligible for a pass, residents must have a Chicago City Sticker, current vehicle registration and proof of residence. With the proper requirements, residents will get a permanent decal, two one-day guest passes and a permanent guest pass, according to the alderman’s office.
