Lake View Stores Participate In 'Give Back Night' For Theaters

CHICAGO — Local businesses have teamed up throughout the summer to raise funds for schools and charities. On Thursday, Sept. 20, many local businesses in Lake View will be participating in Give-back Night, a fundraiser for West Lake View theater venues.

The Lakeview Chamber of Commerce has organized the fundraiser since May, which has been held every third Thursday of the month.

On Sept. 20, 15 percent of your purchases at the participating stores will go to supporting Athenaeum Theatre, Emerald City Theatre, Otherworld Theatre Company, Stage 773 and Theater Wit., organizers said.
