Bulerias Tapas Bar, 3656 N. Ashland Ave., will officially open its doors on Friday. The restaurant will kick off its opening with 10 days of live music and performances, all with no cover charge. The restaurant will be open 356 days per year.
"We want you to feel our fun ambiance, absorb the energy of our staff, taste the passion in our food, and when you have concluded your experience with us for the evening, most of all, we are crazy about wanting to make you happy," the new restaurant says on its website.
The extensive menu will feature a variety of dishes, ranging from Spanish style baby back ribs to artichokes tossed in citrus dressing.
