Lane Tech Featured on WGN for Friendship, Fitness Program

The school's new take on special education has people paying attention, and the school says the successful program could be growing.

Lane Tech High School is introducing a new take on special education in gym class by pairing up Special Ed students with “Regular Ed.”

WGN-TV has the details on the new program, which includes 60 special education students so far.

It’s apparently been so successful, school officials say they want to expand it into art and music classes.
