Moscow Ballet holds "Nutcracker" auditions at Athenaeum Theatre Sept. 11
Young Chicago dancers have the opportunity to dance with the Moscow Ballet in their iconic holiday classic
Young dancers in the Chicago area have the opportunity to audition for key roles in the Moscow Ballet’s iconic holiday classic “The Great Russian Nutcracker” in three open auditions held September 9-11, 2016. Those selected will have the tremendous opportunity to share the stage with world-class professional dancers in a performance held Sunday, December 4, 2016, at the Rosemont Theatre, Rosemont, IL.
Student dancers must have at least one year of ballet training, dress in dance attire and may bring Pointe shoes.

- Ages 6-8: 10:00 - 11:00 am
- Ages 9-11: 11:00 - 12:00 pm
- Ages 12 & Up: 12:00 - 1:00 pm
