CHICAGO, IL — One of Roscoe Village's most expensive homes has been sold for $1.9 million after less than two months on the market. Custom-built in 2016 on a 38-foot-wide lot, the house has three garages, six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The home's marble foyer is flanked by an office and formal dining room.
The house also features a butler's pantry, a bar area and a chef's kitchen "with every bell and whistle," listing agents said. The home has an "enormous" family room, an integrated dining nook and a walk-out patio, agents said.
The upper level includes four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a full-size laundry room. The lower level features a mudroom, two bedrooms (one ensuite), a second office, two full bathrooms and a "huge" recreation room, according to listing agents.
