A clothing company is offering pop-up employment for young people who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

CHICAGO — The Night Ministry has partnered with a Minneapolis-based clothing company to offer pop-up employment this Saturday, Feb. 16, to young people in Chicago. Youth who are experiencing homelessness or instability in their homes are invited to work for Hippy Feet, an eco-friendly sock brand.

The employment event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Crib, 835 W. Addison Street. Workers will assist the company with packaging and inventory.

Since 2016, Hippy Feet has provided 50 jobs for homeless youth and more than 800 hours of employment.
