Redhot Ranch Coming to Ashland, Will Duplicate In-and-Out Burger
The owner of The Wiener's Circle and the Redhot Ranch in Logan Square says he think he can duplicate the popular In-N-Out burger at his new restaurant venture.

Logan Square-native Redhot Ranch will soon have a larger sister location in Lake View as business owners seemingly flock to Ashland Avenue.
Owner Barry Nemerow, who also owns Lincoln Park’s The Wiener’s Circle and Bridgeport’s 35th Street Red Hots, is planning for a second Redhot Ranch at 3055 N. Ashland Ave., Redeye Chicago reports.
What’s more is the 2,000-square-foot space is much larger than their West Side location giving Namerow the opportunity to have a more restaurant-style feel and 40 seats, DNAinfo Chicago writes. It’s in that space that he hopes to offer the hugely popular In-N-Out Burger in Lake View.

“We’re going to try to come as close to their burger as possible," Nemerow told Redeye. "I think we can pretty much duplicate it."
Namerow continued to tell Redeye that the Logan Square location is wildly successful, doubling business in the last six months while keeping costs down. The space sells its version of hot dogs and fries, along with things like fried shrimp.
