The Reveler To Celebrate Grand Opening In Roscoe Village

The new bar has taken over the former Riverview Tavern space at Damen and Roscoe.

CHICAGO — A new beer bar and eatery is holding its grand opening this Saturday, Aug. 25, in Roscoe Village. The Reveler will have 96 taps, and offer pizza, burgers, wood-fired sandwiches and brunch, the Last Call Tavern Group said in a media release.

The Reveler will also offer multiple private event spaces and "family-friendly programs for the neighborhood," the group said.

The new bar will combine "state-of-the-art amenities with the atmosphere, intrigue and glamour of yesteryear," the Tavern group said in the media release.

The new bar and eatery took over the former Riverview Tavern space at 3403 N. Damen Avenue. The tavern closed in February.

The Reveler will open to the public on Saturday, Aug. 25 at 7 p.m.
