Roscoe Village Hotel Ranked as 1 of Best in Chicago
The inn on Roscoe Street may seem hidden to some, but it certainly caught the eye of the folks over at Curbed Chicago.

Real estate and business website Curbed Chicago is breaking down some of the hottest and best hotels in the city, and none other than the Roscoe Village Guesthouse happened to make the cut.
Nestled above the storefronts at 2140 W. Roscoe St., the hotel lies in the heart of the village masked by an exterior that looks more like apartments. Well, that’s because they are.
The Guesthouse—which ranked No. 22 on the list—is actually six urban apartment suites rented out like a hotel. Each suite has either two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

“An apartment-style setup in a quiet North Side neighborhood where there are not many hotel options, this place ranks high in most review sites,” Curbed writes in their review. “Avoid the motels and enjoy the Guesthouse's value: a full kitchen, hot tub, fireplace, and gym access across the street.”
Prices start around $250 for two people, with a maximum capacity of eight people, breaking the cost down to roughly $20 a night. There are, however, some unusual requirements, like a 3-4 night minimum stay during the weekends.

Curbed looked at user reviews, profiles and listened to street credibility when ranking what it says is the top 38 hotels in Chicago. The Roscoe Village Guesthouse was one of the only smaller neighborhood hotels to make the cut, with The Peninsula Hotel at 108 E. Superior St. taking first place.
