Top 5 Luxury Home Listings In Roscoe Village

CHICAGO, IL — There are currently more than 50 single family homes listed for sale in Roscoe Village on Realtor.com. The neighborhood saw a surge in $1 million-plus home sales in 2017, according to the latest RE/MAX luxury home report. The sales of luxury single-family homes were concentrated in eight city community areas, primarily on the North and Northwest Sides.

Lincoln Park topped the list with 177 sales, according to the report. The runner-up was North Center, where luxury sales totaled 152 homes, going up by 12.9 percent for the third quarter of 2017, according to the report.
