It’s been a good summer for Chicago Bulls guard Jimmy Butler.

The 26-year-old NBA All-Star signed a five-year, $95 million contract with the Bulls in July, ESPN noted that he’s emerging as the new leader of the team, and he recently sunk about $4.3 million in a swanky mansion in River North, according to a Crain’s Chicago Business report.

The 10,000-square-foot, four-story home on Huron Street comes with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, three outdoor terraces and a 750-bottle wine cellar, according to the listing by the property’s real estate agent. The house, which was built in 2008, also has a landscaped roof deck, a three-car, attached garage, a library and a Crestron home automation system. No word if the animal skeleton under glass comes with the sale (check it out in the photo gallery with this story).

The house was listed in May for $4.6 million, and the sale was closed Sept. 15, the report stated.
