Summer Covid Testing at Butler Junior High

As a reminder, District 53 offers convenient Covid-19 testing and will be continuing to offer this service during the summer break, starting Tuesday, June 15th. During this time, testing will be performed at Butler Junior High and open Tuesdays and Thursdays (8:00 am-12 pm) for all District 53 residents. We are grateful to be able to provide peace of mind to our families by offering rapid (15 minutes) antigen, antibody, and PCR (48 hours) testing to staff, employees, students, and sports participants at no charge.

We encourage antigen screenings before and/or after attending large gatherings, travel, summer concerts, and sports events.

Consent for the rapid antigen or antibody: Consent Form and Waiver

Consent for the saliva PCR (48 hours for results):  Ambry consent form

A consent form is required before coming in for testing and then come to the front doors of BJH for testing.
