Oak Brook Father's Day Car Show Marks 50th Year
It's considered one of the biggest car shows in the midwest.
OAK BROOK, IL — With each Father's Day comes the highly anticipated Oak Brook Car Show, an annual event that has celebrated fathers for decades. The event is set for Sunday, June 17, which marks the car show's 50th anniversary, a milestone that spans multiple generations of dads.
More than 70,000 people are expected to descend on Oakbrook Center from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. to see rows of classic cars gleaming in the sunlight. The assortment will include cars from the early 1900s and other vintage rides.
A favorite Father's Day tradition for many local families, the Oak Brook Car Show is billed as one of the biggest open air car shows in the midwest.
