4th Of July Fireworks Canceled In Oak Brook Due To Weather

OAK BROOK, IL — Residents who were planning to head to Oak Brook for Fourth of July Fireworks Wednesday had to change their plans after Oak Brook canceled its firework show due to severe weather. Oak Brook police said in a post that the July 4 rain date for fireworks has also been canceled as more inclement weather is expected.

Taste of Oak Brook was also canceled Wednesday. July 4 was the only rain date for Fourth of July fireworks in Oak Brook, which are held at the Sports Core Soccer and Polo Fields.
At press time, no future date was set for Oak Brook's Fourth of July fireworks.
