Thanksgiving Online Services Offered at Christ Church Oak Brook

Christ Church Oak Brook-Butterfield Invites Public to Tune In to Online Services as Part of their Virtual Thanksgiving Experience

Oak Brook, Illinois – Finding reasons to give thanks in a year where so many have lost and endured so much can be a struggle for many who may have few moments to celebrate. And with COVID-19 looming, even celebrations must be somewhat muted.

The staff at Christ Church Oak Brook – Butterfield invite all people regardless of background, faith or no faith to take a moment to pause and reflect on one or two good things are present in their lives for which to be grateful – instead of being consumed by everything that has gone wrong this year.

“I feel so grateful for the warm response given by the wider community to our recent message series on “Wisdom for Conflicted Times”, said Rev. Dr. Daniel Meyer, Senior Pastor. “In our ongoing effort to provide love that changes life, I want to invite everyone to attend our online Thanksgiving services. We’ll be sharing a message and music that I hope puts you in touch with your blessings, even amidst this very tough year.”
