Thieves Shatter Window, Steal Thousands In Tobacco In Westmont
The suspect(s) stole more than $3,000 in tobacco products.

WESTMONT, IL --- Police are investigating a smash and grab burglary in which thousands of dollars worth of cigarettes were stolen from a store in Westmont. The burglary took place on Dec. 3 at a store in the 200 block of E. Ogden Ave., according to a police summary.
Police arrived at the scene just before 6 a.m. and found that the front window of the store had been smashed. Once inside, the burglar(s) stole tobacco products that valued at a total of $3,500.
