Tickets Now Available for Oak Brook Polo Club 2021 Season!
2021 Marks Oak Brook Polo's 99th season as One of the Nation's Oldest Polo Clubs in Operation Today
Oak Brook Polo Club announces today that tickets are officially on sale for the 2021 summer season match schedule that will take place at the Prince of Wales Field (2606 York Road), located just 17 miles from downtown Chicago.
Once again fans can expect to experience adrenaline-fueled polo competition between some of the world’s best players from local neighboring teams as well as from abroad. Matches will feature a mostly all-tailgate environment with the return of private group field side tents, and will adhere to the state’s guidelines of the Restore Illinois Plan to ensure all participants and spectators are provided a safe experience.
2021 will mark Oak Brook Polo’s 99th season as one of the nation’s oldest polo clubs in operation today and the fourth oldest sports property in Chicago. Founded in 1922, the Polo Club’s long and stories history has nicknamed the Village of Oak Brook “Polo Town” by many in the global polo community. Its founder, Paul Butler, has been coined as the “Patron Saint of Polo” for the resurrecting the sport following World War II and making a home for elite professional polo in the soon to be Oak Brook. A town often referred to as “The Town That Polo Built.”
