19-year-old Man Fatally Shot in Calumet City
He lived in the same block where he was shot, according to officials.
A 19-year-old man was killed near his home in Calumet City on Tuesday.
Jaylen Hayes was shot in the 1300 block of Burnham Avenue, Chicago Tribune reports. He was taken to Franciscan Health in Hammond, Ind., where he died.
His death was ruled a homicide due to multiple gunshot wounds. He lived in the same block where he was shot, according to the report.
