Acorn Library Reopens by Appointment Only
Acorn Library Cardholders May Make an Appointment to Use the Library

Beginning June 29, Acorn Public Library District will reopen the building to district residents on an appointment-only basis. Appointments can made by calling 708-687-3700.
Appointments are for residents of Acorn Public Library District only at this time. Appointments cannot be made more than 7 days in advance. Computer use, browsing, printing, faxing, and scanning will be available. Patrons seeking to renew a library card or apply for a library card should make an appointment to do so. All appointments run 45 minutes. No toys, puzzles, meeting rooms, study rooms, soft seating, or games will be available.
Patrons will be reminded during appointment reservation that all patrons over 2 years old are required to wear a face covering while visiting the library. If doing so would aggravate a medical condition or if you have special needs please call 708-687-3700 and we will accommodate you with our curbside services.

Appointments can include children, but an adult must be present at all appointments, and only two people per household may visit at one time. This is not a time to visit the library to study or play.
