Animal Shelter in Urgent Need of Canned Pet Food Donations
Drop off canned dog and cat food at Animal Welfare League in Chicago Ridge, or order off AWL's pet food wish list via Amazon.

Animal Welfare League of Chicago Ridge is urgent need of donations of canned dog and cat food. Presently, animal shelter is currently taking care of 1,000 homeless animals at its facility located at 10305 Southwest Highway. Other animals are being cared for at AWL’s offsite locations.
Donations of dog and cat food can be dropped off at the animal shelter during business hours: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday; 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday; and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
All brands of canned dog and cat food will be gratefully accepted; or order food directly from AWL’s pet food wish list via Amazon.
One can make a difference. Better yet, consider bringing home one of the great dogs and cats available for adoption.

Animal Welfare League rehabilitates and adopts 20,000 unwanted and abused animals during the course of a year. The animal shelter also serves as an intake center for 22 municipalities by accepting strays, or animals rescued from dog fighters, puppy mills and hoarders.
