Bremen Boys Cross Country Competes at IHSA State

After months of preparation and a season full of triumphs, the Bremen High School Boys Cross Country team headed off to IHSA State in Peoria, Ill. on November 8.
The team was escorted out of the school in style and celebration by the Braves drum line. Students and staff alike stood in front of their classroom and cheered for the cross country team as they made a lap around the school and then headed off to the competition.

The Boys Cross Country season came to a close on November 9. The team finished in 19th place in the state 2A race and ranked 25 overall. Additionally, all seven runners ran lifetime personal records (PRs).
