Community Consolidated School District 146 has candidates vying for votes in the April 6 school board race.

OAK FOREST, IL — The Consolidated Elections are just days away. Residents in Tinley Park, Oak Forest, Orland Park and other towns will be given the opportunity to select a new mayor, clerk, school boards, library board, park district board and more.
While driving down the roads in Tinley, Orland and Oak Forest, you may see campaign signs appearing on lawns and on the edges of busy streets. Although residents can partake in early voting at various locations around suburban Cook County — Tinley Park Village Hall, Oak Forest City Hall, Orland Township, etc. — many will traditionally vote on April 6.

School Board candidates Jill Dunlap, Rick Lloyd, Patty Chlada, and Julie Berry are running as a slate in the 146 Party.
