Midlothian Man Charged In Oak Forest Car Burglaries

Oak Forest police arrested Jeremy Brown-Elliot​, 19​, of Midlothian, Aug. 18 on car burglary charges.

OAK FOREST, IL — A Midlothian man has been charged with burglarizing cars in Oak Forest.

A resident alerted police to someone breaking into a car near the 15100 block of Cicero Avenue August 18. When police arrived, they found Jeremy Brown-Elliot, 19, and arrested him at the scene, authorities said.

He was charged in connection with two counts of burglary to vehicle and one count of attempted burglary to vehicle August 18.

Brown-Elliot appeared in court the next day and his bail was set at $10,000 deposit bond.
