Missing Endangered Person Alert: Jose Luis Flores, Oak Forest

Flores was last seen on Saturday leaving his home in a red 2016 Dodge Caravan, according to the city.

OAK FOREST, IL — The City of Oak Forest issued a missing/endangered persons report on Monday for Jose Luis Flores, 56, who is without his prescribed medication and is believed to have a condition which may place him danger.

According to the city, Flores has been missing since Saturday, around 7:15 p.m. and is believed to have left his home in a red 2016 Dodge Caravan, with a license plate that reads BH63487. He has not returned home, had any contact with family and his phone has been inactive since Saturday, the city says.

If anyone has seen Flores or the car, contact the Oak Forest Police Department immediately at 708-687-1376.
