Oak Forest Park District To Host Drive-In Hocus Pocus Movie Night
The park district will be hosting the movie night in partnership with Chicago Gaelic Park, screening the 1993 Halloween classic.
OAK FOREST, IL — The Oak Forest Park District announced it will be hosting another drive-in movie event, partnering with Chicago Gaelic Park, to screen the popular Halloween movie, Hocus Pocus.
The event will take place on Oct. 9 at Gaelic Park, 6119 W. 147th St. The movie will begin at 7 p.m. but the gates will be open at 6 p.m. for guests to file in, according to the park district.
Entry for the event is $30 dollars per car. To register for the movie night, residents can stop by the park district, 16501 S. Central Ave., Oak Forest, to pick up a form in the lobby.

The park district said due to CDC and DCEO guidelines, all attendees must stay in their cars.
According to IMDb, Hocus Pocus follows the story of a curious kid who moves to Salem, Massachusetts. The child awakens a "trio of diabolical witches" executed 300 years before.
