We're on the lookout to identify and honor the best customer service in the area.

'Why' you might ask, if Sundance Group (SGi) is primarily a Human Resources practice?

Well, while business owners and managers do concern themselves with attracting new and retaining customers - we feel they should be just as diligent when attracting and retaining top talent. Quality customer service is all about making your customers feel valued, are treated appropriately, fairly, and letting them know they are appreciated. The same applies to your staff.
