Oak Lawn Market Trends for December 2016

Oak Lawn home sales for the month of December rose in volume by 30% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 44.5% from $110,750 to $160,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 84.4%, while the median sale price rose by 1.5% from $196,900 to $199,900. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 15.8%, while the median sale price rose by 18.6% from $64,950 to $77,000.
