1 Hurt, 3 Suspected in Shooting on Chicago Avenue: Oak Park Police
The person who was shot was treated at West Suburban Hospital.
Oak Park cops are investigating the case of a shooting that took place the evening of Feb. 11 on Chicago Avenue.
Three young men allegedly pulled into a gas station at 100 Chicago Ave. at 8:02 p.m. that night, according to police reports. One of the men reportedly exited the silver 5-series BMW and went into the gas station mini mart. Another, described as a black male in his late teens between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-7, allegedly fired a gun at someone who was standing at the gas pumps by a dark-colored Pontiac Grand Prix.
The person who was shot was transported to West Suburban Hospital and released after treatment within three hours of the crime, police said.

The man who fired the gun is also described as having a tattoo over his left eye, according to reports. Aside from noting that the man who walked into the gas station mini mart was black, reports didn't include any descriptors of the other two suspects.
