$1M Illinois Lottery Prize Unclaimed Nearly Year Later
According to the Illinois Lottery, the winning Berwyn player must claim their $1 million prize by Friday.
OAK PARK, IL — The Illinois Lottery said they're calling all Lucky Day Lotto players to check anywhere they could've misplaced a winning lottery ticket purchased nearly one year ago at Berwyn Fruit Market, 3811 S. Harlem Ave., as this ticket could be worth $1.05 million.
According to a news release from the Illinois Lottery, the winning ticket matched all five numbers — 03-14-19-30-32 — to win the $1.05 million during the Nov. 20, 2019 midday drawing.
The lucky holder of that ticket still hasn't come forward and has until Friday to claim the massive prize, as the Illinois Lottery said winners have one year from the original drawing date to claim prizes.

In addition, the Illinois Lottery advises lucky winners to sign the backs of their tickets and keep them safe until they can claim their prizes, according to the news release.
The Illinois Lottery Winners’ Handbook, found on the Illinois Lottery website, provides helpful information regarding the claims process and how to manage winnings, as winning a large lottery prize can be an exciting and life-changing experience, the Illinois Lottery said.
