Two aggravated assaults and one missing person report made appearances on today’s Oak Park police blotter.

Around 5:40 p.m. Sunday, an unidentified black man wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt made a pizza delivery before running toward the victim and getting into his dark-colored SUV. He allegedly pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at the victim out of his open driver’s side window and sped away.

Later the same day, around 7:40 p.m., a similarly described man — a black male wearing a dark hoodie — allegedly pressed a hard object against a man’s back on the 100 block of Chicago Ave. before directing him into a nearby alley. The man said he was physically assaulted by three additional men and that two cellphones were stolen from him.
