Arrests
Kevin Kim, 24, was arrested for illegal possession of a controlled substance on the 500 block of S. Maple St.
Courtney Hayes, 26, was arrested when she was stopped on the road and a name check revealed there was a warrant for her arrest in Cook County. She was accused of aggravated battery to an officer.

Ronald Scaggs, 58, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after he was involved in a car accident on Oak Park Ave.
Michael Fisher, 45, was arrested on the 300 block of S. Lombard Ave. and charged with theft. Police have not yet disclosed what was stolen.

David Elwart, 45, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Humphrey for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Two juveniles — a 13-year-old male and a 14-year-old male whose names we won’t disclose since they're underage — from Cicero were arrested for burglary of a garage and car. Both boys were returned to their parents and referred to juvenile court.
Unresolved Thefts, Burglaries and Robberies
A gray 2001 Nissan Maxima and Apple iPhone 6S were stolen from the 1100 block of S. Humphrey late last week. The suspect is described as male and around 20 years old with short dark hair and a thin build.
Fifty dollars worth of liquor were stolen from the CVS on the 300 block of Madison when a man wearing a black jacket and black pants and with black and gray hair entered and left the pharmacy without paying for three bottles of rum.
A men’s black 21-speed Mongoose bicycle worth $150 was stolen from the 300 block of South Blvd. Another pair of bikes was stolen from the 400 block of S. Scoville.
A suspect got into someone’s garage on the 1100 block of S. Ridgeland through an unlocked side door and stole $100 worth of bank cards and a wallet from an unlocked red Toyota Sienna.
Someone was robbed outside of the Lombard CTA station when a man in a white sweatshirt and jeans with a mustache and beard approached him and asked him to “give me what you got.” The victim handed over a USC and pack of cigarettes.
Around $1,200 was stolen from an apartment on the 100 block of Augusta when someone broke in and stole an XBox console, Beats speakers, two leather Michael Kors purses and a bag of shoes from the hallway.
