A collapsed sewer on the CTA blue line caused flooding on I-290 near the Cicero exit.

CICERO, IL — Inbound traffic on I-290 is partially closed at Cicero Avenue after the expressway began flooding early Tuesday. The flooding was caused by a collapsed sewer on the CTA Blue Line, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation.
