Ice Skate For $1 At Austin Gardens Winter Fest In Oak Park

OAK PARK, IL — Grownups may not always be fans of winter, but kids are delighted at the first sign of snow. Families can celebrate the spirit of winter with $1 ice skating, music, and food during Winter Fest at Austin Gardens in Oak Park.

The winter celebration takes place on Jan. 27 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., whether there's snow or not! Admission to the event is free and no registration is required.

The Park District of Oak Park mentions that there will be a limited availability of ice skates at Winter Fest, so bring your own pair if you've got them.
