Jewelry stolen from River Forest home turns up at Villa Park pawn shop
River Forest police also arrest two for DUI.

The following arrest information was supplied by the River Forest Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Burglary
Responding to an alarm June 20 in the 1500 block of Franklin, police discovered a burglar had broken into the home taking jewelry and electronics, according to River Forest police reports. With investigative leads established, some of the jewelry was recovered at a pawn shop in Villa Park. The investigation continues.

DUI
Gregory Hollingsworth, 44, of Bellwood was arrested June 26 for aggravated driving under the influence, driving without a valid license and several traffic violations after police stopped him in the 1000 block of Harlem Avenue after observing the violations, according to River Forest police reports. When he was stopped, Hollingsworth failed a field sobriety test and refused a breath test at the police station. A computer check revealed he did not have a valid driver’s license.

Jessica Arce, 26, of Melrose Park was arrested June 28 in the 7200 block of Lake Street for driving under the influence and several traffic violations after police stopped her for the violations, according to River Forest police reports. After the stop, Arce exhibited signs of intoxication, failed a field sobriety test and had a blood alcohol level of .247.
