MONDAY, JAN. 28

Outside Warrant Arrest

Timothy C. Lockhart, 23, of the 3300 block of west Madison in Chicago, was charged with driving while his license is suspended and arrested on two active warrants out of Kane Country and Illinois State Police Department. Lockhart was held for bond hearings.

SUNDAY, JAN. 27

Identity Theft Warrant

Fairel M. Deberry, 32, of the 1800 block of north Chicago, was arrested on an active warrant out of Villa Park Police Department for identity theft around 11:10 a.m. in the 1600 block of north Narragansett in Chicago.

SATURDAY, JAN. 26

Suspended License

Paul D. Cabanilla, 29, of the 1400 block of north Campbell in Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended license and no insurance after being involved in an accident in the 400 block of Madison at about 6:13 p.m.

FRIDAY, JAN. 25

Vehicle Burglarized

Between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., someone entered an Oak Park resident's vehicle in the 100 block of north Austin and removed an electric eel rod, a drill and four 10-foot rod coils for an estimated loss of $2,320.

Theft Reported

Someone stole a Samsung Warp cell phone and pink leather case from an Oak Park resident's backpack in the 200 block of Scoville between 12:30 p.m. and 1:18 p.m., the victim reported to police.

Purse Stolen

An Oak Park resident reported that someone stole their blue and chartreuse leather Coach Legacy women's purse from a box left in a vestibule. The estimated loss was $399.

DUI Arrest

Juan Rivera, 32, of the 1300 block of north Hamlin in Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in the 5900 block of west Division around 8:36 p.m. Rivera was additionally charged with no valid driver's license, no insurance and transporting open alcohol. He was later released on bond.
