Man Gets Arrested for Harassing Women, Exposing Himself on Westbound Metra (And It's Not the First Time)

He was also arrested for a similar incident last year.

A repeat-offender of public indecency was arrested Wednesday evening for exposing himself and inappropriately touching women on a public Metra train, the Metra Police Department stated in a release.

Bruce R. Sutchar, 69, was allegedly sitting next to female commuters on a Metra-Milwaukee District West Line train and getting very close to them, "where touching begins," the police said.

He's also reportedly been known to sit next to women, unzip his pants and spread his legs to get their attention. He was arrested around 6 p.m. Wednesday for public indecency and lewd exposure.
