An Oak Park man convicted of beating a man in downtown Naperville was sentenced to 57 months, Oak Leaves reported.
Magee was found guilty in January of beating a 27-year-old Naperville man in May, Patch previously reported. The attack began after Magee pulled his car over so that a passenger in the vehicle could publicly relieve himself.
The Naperville man approached the vehicle when he heard them "talking loudly", but then attempted to flee when Magee lunged at him, Oak Leaves reported.
