Oak Park home sales for the month of December decreased in volume by 11.9% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 9.3% from $344,000 to $375,950. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 3.2%, while the median sale price rose by 13.7% from $431,000 to $489,950. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 28.6%, while the median sale price decreased by 4.5% from $189,500 to $180,975.
