The least expensive home reported sold this past month in Oak Park was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath farmhouse on the 900 block of south Taylor Ave. It sold for $85,000 after 55 days on the market with an original asking price of $100,000.

Located in the 60304 zip code and the Irving Elementary, Percy Julian Middle School, and Oak Park-River Forest High School districts per MLS info.

The pictures show that the home was very dated on the interior and in need of major repairs and updates.

Most expensive home reported sold in Oak Park IL

The most expensive home reported sold this past month in Oak Park was a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath Victorian home in the 100 block of north Ridgeland Ave. Sitting on a 38 x 172 lot, this house’s interior pics showed a spacious floorplan with a gorgeous, upgraded open kitchen / family room. Priced at $1,244,000, the buyers paid $1,087,500 after 199 days on the market.

Sold Deal Of The Month in Oak Park IL

In my opinion, the best deal of the homes sold this past month in Oak Park was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow on the 800 block of north Taylor Ave. It was nicely updated and had a finished basement. It sold for $289,000 after 57 days on the market (original asking price of $319,900, reduced to $299,900).

Foreclosures & Short Sales in Oak Park IL

Two of the condos and one of the single family homes sold this past month in Oak Park were foreclosures. There were no short sales.
