Oak Park Woman With Dementia Missing From Nursing Home

According to Oak Park police, Mary Windham is in danger due to suffering from dementia and other conditions.

OAK PARK, IL — Oak Park police are asking for the public's help in finding Oak Park resident Mary Windham, 65, who they said was reported missing Saturday after leaving Berkeley Nursing and Rehab Center, where she lives. The nursing home is located at 6909 W North Avenue in Oak Park. According to police, Windham is in danger due to suffering from dementia and other conditions.

Windham is 5-feet, 2-inches, and was possibly wearing a black, full-zippered, hooded sweatshirt when she went missing.

Oak Park Police have notified law enforcement agencies in surrounding communities, and ask anyone with information to contact the Oak Park Police Department at 708-386-3800.
