Poke Burrito To Open In Oak Park

OAK PARK, IL -- Diners in Oak Park will have a chance to try a unique fusion of Asian and Latin cuisine one Poke Burrito officially opens. This newest downtown Oak Park restaurant, which uses fresh ingredients to craft Latin-infused sushi bowls and sushi burritos, has set a June 29 grand opening date.

The menu offers diners do-it-yourself and premade options. Guests can choose bowls and burritos paired with their protein of choice, from marinated tuna and salmon to chicken and organic tofu.

Poke Burrito offers an assortment of toppings to flavor entrees. Fresh fruit and veggie options include pineapple, edamame, avocado, mandarin orange, and more. Diners can then top off their creations with unagi sauce, honey wasabi, seaweed salad, and other options.

The restaurant's bowls and burritos can be enjoyed in house, ordered to go, delivered, or catered.

The Oak Park location is the third Poke Burrito store. Other locations include two restaurants in Chicago.
