Thieves steal three cars in three days in Oak Park

The following arrest information was supplied by the Oak Park Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 2007 Honda Fit was stolen from a garage June 30 in the 600 block of Lyman, according to Oak Park Police reports. An unknown person or persons broke into the vehicle, possibly used the door opener to enter the garage, ransacked a Nissan in the garage and removed a book bag with the Honda key. The value of the loss was reported as $4,050.

A 2000 green Dodge Caravan was stolen by unknown means between 6 p.m. July 1 and 8 a.m. July 2 in the 800 block of Home, according to Oak Park Police reports. The estimated loss is $2,000.

A 2004 grey Toyota 4Runner was removed from the driveway of a home July 2 in the 600 block of North Park Avenue, according to Oak Park Police reports. The loss is valued at $12,000.
