A Valentine’s Day for Food Lovers
Enjoy Romantic Songs and Stories as You Savor your Favorite Gourmet Entree

As any real romantic will tell you, Valentine’s Day isn’t just another date night. It’s an annual and very personal celebration of love. That’s why the Eastgate Café at 102 Harrison Street, Oak Park, IL has taken such pains to make the night one of love songs, romantic tales and taste sensations for lovers to savor and share.
First, you’ll be enchanted by the voice and musicality of Chicago’s own acclaimed Jazz vocalist, Lady T, accompanied by outstanding guitarist Jim Pierce and brilliant bass player, Dan DeLorenzo. Next, legendary storytellers Margaret Burk and Megan Wells will charm you with entertaining love tales.
Finally, the menu for our Prix Fixe 3-course dinner has something for every taste. Our Seafood Medley of fresh prawns, scallops and mussels set off by corn on the cob and potatoes in an egg-lemon sauce is a seafood lover’s dream. Then there’s the creamy Chicken Marsala served with potatoes & vegetables. Or choose our perfectly grilled beef filet framed by garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables. Or our 7-layer, 5-cheese Spinach Lasagna. All come with appetizers and salad. Dessert is a lover's favorite - Magic Chocolate Cake with raspberry topping.
