West Cook Y Collecting Kids' Clothes for Staffer Who Lost Everything in Fire

The West Cook YMCA is collecting children's clothes and shoes for the family of a staffer who lost everything in a Dec. 9 house fire, according to a post on the Y's Facebook page. 

The YMCA Member Engagement Desk staff will accept donations. Two children are in need of new or gently used clothes (girl's size 10/12, 3.5 shoes, boys size 7/8, 1.5 shoes). Cash and gift card donations are also welcomed, according to the post.
