2 Hurt In Underage Drinking Crash, Naperville Teen Charged
Oswego residents were injured in the crash. Ages of drivers and passengers range from 18 - 25.

OSWEGO, IL — Two Oswego residents were injured after a crash involving a Naperville man who had been underage drinking, according to a police report. Police were called to the scene early Sunday morning at around 1:51 near the corner of Route 30 and Treasure Drive.
19- year-old Michael D. Kmiec of Red Stable Way in Naperville has been charged with underage consumption of alcohol under a “zero tolerance” policy. He was driving an 18-year-old passenger, neither were taken to the hospital for injuries.
The other driver was 25-year-old Brett P. Boyle of Farmington Lakes in Oswego. He and his passenger, 24-year-old Krista D. Fiorini, of the same address, were taken to the hospital.

Kmiec was not taken into custody, and his court date is scheduled for Dec. 13.
