Two suspected women were arrested last week and charged with prostitution and business licensing violations.

OSWEGO, IL — Arrests have been made this week after investigations into alleged prostitution at two Oswego massage parlors. Police arrested FengJu Li, 46, of the 100 block of Hillstone Road in Montgomery on Wednesday. Li is charged with prostitution, and aiding and abetting unlicensed massage. The arrest was made at Dream Spa, located at 10 E. Merchants Dr. in Oswego.

Li, the owner, was taken into custody and later released on a recognizance bond. Her court date is set for Dec. 4. The Village of Oswego also issued a ticket for occupying a code violation. Dream Spa’s business registration is suspended until the issue is resolved, according to a Facebook post from the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

The following day, officers from the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office arrested Xiuhua Liao, 52, from the 5300 block of Route 34 in Oswego on charges of prostitution and unlicensed massage.
