$500 Scholarships From Kendall Co. Juvenile Justice Council

OSWEGO, IL — The Kendall County Juvenile Justice Council, an initiative of the State's Attorney's Office, has announced two $500 scholarships available to Kendall County residents. Officials say one scholarship will be awarded to a 2019 high school graduate who plans to attend college or vocational school. The second will go to a current or past member of the Juvenile Justice Council who is currently attending college or a vocational school.

The Kendall County Juvenile Justice Council was established in 2010 by State's Attorney Eric Weis with the goal of positively impacting children in the juvenile justice system and their families through a collaborative system of services, including education, religious communities, health, social services and law enforcement, according to the group's website.
