Activist Claims Highway Department Employees Not Trained for OSHA Safety Standards
She also claims Gary Grosskopf is not certified to train workers in safety procedures.

OSWEGO, IL — Local activist Leah Philpot claims that the Oswego Township Highway Department has a lack of safety training.
According to a report from WSPY News, Philpot made the allegations during Tuesday Oswego Township Board of Trustees meeting.
Philpot said employees under Highway Commissioner Gary Grosskopf were not being trained under Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards on operating and maintaining heavy equipment, according to the report. She also said Grosskopf is not certified to train workers in safety procedures.
