
A 60-year-old was robbed at gunpoint near the intersection of Mason Square Drive and Douglas Road in Oswego early Friday afternoon, according to WSPY.
The victim was an employee of a Tinley Park business, and was carrying cash boxes. The suspect was an African-American male, 5'11", weighing 260 pounds. He reportedly had scruffy facial hair, and he wore a black hoodie with a ski mask and a dark jacket.
The victim was not injured, and police are investigating the incident. Police report that the cash boxes and money were later recovered.
